Workforce Impact provides customized assistance to employers to help with their workforce needs.  Our knowledgeable and experienced staff can help employers develop a strategic approach for recruiting, hiring, and training needs.


We offer:

  • Assistance with Subsidized Work Programs, On the Job training, employer needs assessments, and incumbent worker training and education.
  • Assistance with creating an account, posting a job/description and how to use it as a recruiting tool.
  • Employers can request reviews of job postings/descriptions/flyers and suggestions.
  • If you provide us with recruiting flyers/job postings, we will add it to our career bulletin board as well as send out to our network/CareerForce customers.
  • Our team can hand out and collect paper applications for your business in our CaeerForce Resource Room.
  • Employers can utilize our space for interviewing/candidate screening.
  • We can also arrange an employer of the day event in our office space.
  • Remember, there are no fees for services
