Beltrami County Solid Waste Ordinance 13 and Minnesota State Statute 115A.93 requires a person who wishes to collect and haul mixed municipal solid waste be licensed.  Beltrami County Solid Waste Department is the County's licensing entity.  Current list of licensed haulers:
