Passport Services
Passport Services including new adult applicants, new & renewal for minors and passport photos are available at the Real Estate & Tax Counter in the County Administration Building. Information is also available on the US Department of State website at Travel.State.Gov
A Citizen may have both a Passport Book and Passport Card.
US Passport Book
- For domestic and international travel by air, land or sea
- REAL ID compliant
- Valid 10 years for age 16 & over
- Valid 5 years for age 15 & under
- Book measurers 5"x3.5"
US Passport Card
- For domestic air travel (not international)
- For travel by land or sea between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Bermuda and the Caribbean
- REAL ID Compliant
- Valid 10 years for age 16 & over
- Valid 5 years for age 15 & under
- Card is wallet sized
Requirements:
- Complete a US Passport application
- Available online: US Passport Application
- Available in paper form at the Real Estate & Tax Counter
- Passport photo measuring 2"x2"
- Photography available at the Real Estate & Tax Counter
- Proof of Citizenship
- Proof of Identity
- Payment Breakdown
- Passport fee must be a check or money order made payable to US Department of State
- Execution Fee may be paid with check, cash or credit card to Beltrami Auditor-Treasurer
- Passport Photo may be paid with check, cash or credit card to Beltrami Auditor-Treasurer
