The Facilities Management Custodial Department is currently in the process of converting all of the paper towel, toilet paper, and hand soap dispensers to fit the new green seal certified products that were recently ordered. Changes in the types of cleaning chemicals used are also being completed in order to utilize almost 100% green seal certified products.

Influenza activity in Minnesota is currently "low," with seasonal influenza usually peaking in February. The H1N1 novel flu continues to circulate and may even appear in a third "wave."

Members of the Beltrami County CODY Records Management Group (RMS) have been looking into new technology and software to improve service to our citizens. The CODY RMS group consists of members from the Sheriff's Office, Bemidji Police Department and County MIS department.
