PSA: Wood Chips Available and Debris Site Updates

Wood chips are available for free at the Target Debris Site (2115 23^rd St NW) from July 28 through August 8, 2025, Monday through Friday from 3pm until 6pm. There will be an operator on site to load the wood chips, but only into heavy duty trailers and trucks. Other vehicles will be self-serve. To access the site, follow the Hannah Ave detour to 23^rd St NW. Tree debris is no longer being accepted at the Target Debris Site and all tree debris needs to be brought to the Demolition Landfill at 2331 North Plantagenet Rd SE.

The Demolition Landfill is operating on normal hours with the exception of extended hours on Saturday from 9am to 4:30pm. The Demolition Landfill is closed Sundays and Mondays.
