PSA: SNAP/MFIP Court Ruling

Based on a federal court ruling on October 31, 2025, The Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) expects they will be able to provide at least partial SNAP and Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) food benefits in November.

These funds have not been released yet, and they don’t know exactly how much money will be available. But they’ve been preparing so they can get these important benefits to families as quickly as possible.
