Forest Management Webinar and Tree Distribution Event

The Beltrami Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) is excited to announce two upcoming forestry opportunities!

Join us at 5pm on May 27th, 2026, for a FREE live webinar all about forest management and how you can get paid to keep your forest land wooded. Contact Kaylie Carver at (218)333-4157 or kaylie.carver@co.betrami.mn.us to register for the webinar.

Additionally, Beltrami SWCD will be handing out FREE trees in Lueken’s North parking lot in the near future. Details are still being finalized and expected to be announced within the coming days. There will be 5,000 free trees to distribute, and request that you bring your own bucket(s) or bag(s) to transport the trees. Distribution will be first come first serve. Trees are provided by Living Lands & Waters – Million Trees Project.
