Parks and Recreation
Pine Tree ParkPine Tree Park was originally established as a State Park in 1947 and transferred to Beltrami County in 1972. The County managed the park until 1997, when it entered into a Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Blackduck. The agreement transfers management of the park to the City of Blackduck with a commitment from Beltrami County to help pay operation costs. On-site recreation includes: hiking and biking trails, lake/river access (boat ramp), dock space, slips, mooring buoys, playground equipment, and groomed cross-country ski trails. |
