Land Records

The Land Records Department (formerly known as the Survey Department) is responsible for the archival and retrieval of all survey related documents at the County. A large portion of this data has been imaged and is available for viewing through the Beltrami County Property Management Portal, a subscription based resource.

Although the Land Records Department is open Monday - Friday from 8 am - 4:30 pm, our County Surveyor is usually in the office one day a week. (Typically Thursdays).
