eRecording

Electronic Recording enables title companies, lenders, law firms and others to electronically record documents within the Beltrami County Recorder’s Office through the internet without having to leave the office.  This is rapidly becoming the preferred method to submit documents for recording.  All document types can be eRecorded except Torrens Property documents, Plats, and Divisions of existing parcels.
