  1. The Motor Vehicle/DNR Registration Renewal(s).

  2. A check for the correct $$$ amount. Your Driver License number and phone number must be included on your check to ensure delivery.

  3. Make sure your address is correct. A self addressed stamped envelope is optional.

  4. Verify this is the correct vehicle(s).

  5. It is your responsibility to verify all information is correct to ensure renewals are processed and delivered.
