Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the Employee Relations division operates the essential functions for compensation administration, development and maintenance of personnel policies, the County's benefits plans; recruitment, selection and retention; training and development; labor negotiations, affirmative action, records management and any personnel-related issues.
